Like every 10 year old boy, Qasem lives in a small Iranian city and his greatest amusement is to spend the whole afternoon playing soccer with his friends. Therefore, he only does his homework in the evening. When he finds out that the Iranian soccer team is going to play in Teheran, all he can think about is how to get there. To get the money to travel, he lies, steals and cheats even his best friend.
