A journey through open air mining fields owned by corporations in the provinces of the northeast of Argentina – San Juan, La Rioja, Catamarca, Tucumán and Salta. The history is told by its main characters: engineers, teachers, indigenous people, environmentalists and small farmers that make important denounces and tell their stories of resistance against the depredation and looting of minerals and the use of toxic substances – such as cyanide – in open air mining.
