In 1942, Australians are sent to the dense jungle of New Guinea to hunt enemies who they had never seen but already despised: the Japanese. While Davo leads his men through the forest, the cameraman, Max, sent to capture images of the confrontation, faces the situation in a way completely different to his colleagues.
