An edited film on two rare materials from the archives: Monteiro Lobato’ (1882-1948) only register in images, made between 1932 and 1938, and the last recording of his voice made the day before he died. Lobato filmed domestic scenes and introduced an animated sequence painted on film. In his novel “O Choque” (1926), the writer created a device that captures time and projects past and future on a crystal screen that he named “porviroscope”.
