The subject is the development of electronic music and the growth in importance of DJs in popular culture, in a focus from the inside, of the global increase of the so-called world music. Interviews with performers, passages through various parts of the world, and items of music are combined to produce a film with a great deal of energy. Filmed in Miami during the Winter Music Conference, an event held yearly on one weekend - a get-together for over 20 thousand professionals and fans of electronic music.
