A cartoon. In a square between two buildings, a boy and a girl are playing on a swing. But the swing creaks with the weight of both. A neighbor who is fanatic for music, shouts to them to stop playing. They ignore the requests of the man. The conflict ends in drama, but a surprise awaits them.
