Roy and Frank live in Los Angeles, where they earn a living from fraud and trickery. Roy faces many problems in his private life and searches the help of a shrink. Through therapy he discovers that, to his great surprise, he has a teenager daughter. His daughter is extremely happy to have found her father. The life of Roy, who is in the middle of preparing a new ambitious fraud trick, is turned upside down and he has to learn to cope with his new situation.
