A film about a visit. In the words of the director: “There was neither a script nor a shooting script, just an enormous desire to encourage this encounter, to experience this relationship, to visit Sandro and his house again and again, even if a lot of the time it was only to jog my memory. Perhaps because of this, the film unravels at such a peculiar pace, on account of the process of discovery and of experience. It was fundamental that I be in the film for its existence, especially since, working without any previous research, one is at the mercy of each moment’s sensibility, requiring complete harmony with the subject being filmed. So in a way, I wanted the film to develop by itself and present itself to me, even if this would only happen during editing”.
