The town of Rome is the stage for the story that, in the form of a social tale, moves tangled and present-day threads that will lead Ricky, the main character, to give up his job as a comedian. He will face, with courage and passion, a greater challenge: entering politics as the driving force behind a sudden and impetuous popular push towards change. The film touches the most social issues in Italy today: social assistance, usury, bombing advertising during electoral campaigns, and the media itself, like press and internet (crucial point for the tale).
