Based on the short story "Informe sobre Ciegos", by Ernesto Sabato, the film shows the trajectory of Fernando, a young man who is alerted by a childhood friend that evil dominates the world through a sect of the blind. Fernando doesn`t believe the story until the friend dies in mysterious circumstances. He then begins to investigate the world of the blind, experiencing strange situations in which the line between reality and fantasy starts to become indistinguishable.
