Tom, an aspiring architect and writer of cheesy greeting--cards, still believes in love. He meets Summer, his boss’s bubbly new assistant who’s just arrived from Michigan. Despite being from different cliques, Tom soon discovers they have a lot in common: they both love The Smiths and have a thing for Magritte paintings. On day 1, they meet. Around day 32, Tom is hopelessly in love, living in Summer’s dizzying world. By day 185, things have taken a turn for the worse, but all hope is not lost. Between the highs and lows, being together and being apart, flashbacks through time, split-screens and karaoke numbers, they’ll fight for their love until it finally works.
