Janne and Katri are a typical yuppie couple: they work a good ideal and earn a lot of money. However, the swift economic ascent goes to their heads. They become selfish and eccentric with the need to compete with friends and colleagues. To take a holiday would seem the solution to improve the situation. They decide on an unusual trip into a Helsinki ghetto. The experience changes the insight they have of themselves, their fears, nightmares, and anguish. But will this be sufficient for them to recover love?
