July in the heat. The camera is back to Mafrouza. Everything seems to have been struck with destruction. Flooded homes, a destroyed oven, a couple on the verge of divorce, a cheek injured by a razor blade. Everyone resists, reconstructing the world around. The oven is rebuilt, the couple gets back together, sews the cheek back. While they reconstruct their lives, the inhabitants of the slum stop and question the presence of the camera, which becomes a character of the film itself.
