Antonio Ruiz, a famous Andaluz plastic surgeon lives in Sevilla with wife and children. A ripe 50, old enough to be a grandfather, he cares for his appearance and has adopted a young, healthy, style of living. He is invited to a medical congress in Buenos Aires and takes along attractive Delia, his personal assistant. During his stay in Buenos Aires he enjoys her company and finds her entrancing. He learns how to tango and, as do so many other men, feels that this relationship makes him younger. Antonio and Delia live out a passion without reserve. In Spain, once more, his life will no longer be the same. He will have to cope with the desire to find her again and with the wrath of his wife in face of his unfaithfulness. The inevitable fate for every man, Antonio will, finally, have to make a choice.
