In 2006, Evo Morales became the first indigenous President of Bolivia following the fall of the President Sanchez de Lozada and the socialist revolution. However, dealing with power carries a burden of temptations and pathologies. The film, five years in the making, focuses on the difficult path of this unique historical opportunity and also deals with the recent TIPNIS indigenous park protest.
