Sobre o filme
A mix of documentary and fiction that analyzes the demographic explosion in the Colombian capital. In the overcrowded slums, because of the migratory flow of peasants who lost their land, people survive however they can. Children swarm the city streets and group together in gangs, resorting to begging, theft, and prostitution to get something to eat.
