After surviving a supernatural attack, Coffin Joe continues on his search for the ideal woman who will give him the perfect child. With the help of his faithful servant Bruno, he kidnaps six beautiful girls, subjecting them to the most horrible tortures. Only the bravest one could be the mother of his heir. However, Joe commits an unforgivable crime when he murders a pregnant woman. Tormented by the fact that he killed an innocent, he has a nightmare in which he is taken to a freezing hell, where he is reunited with his victims.
