José Guerra, a humble citizen of the nation of Reserva 17, naively seeks to cash a check of one hundred strikmas that he received from a mysterious hindu man and ends up causing a commotion inside a powerful bank, where a computer, after failing to convert the amount, orders his arrest. When the country’s wise man reveals that the one hundred thousand strikmas are worth ten trillion dollars, the authorities demand that the money be deposited to the state bank account and order José Guerra’s confinement for the interest of national security.
