Youngsters of different social origins are starting adult life in a troubled, complex city - Rio de Janeiro in the nineties. They are very different one from the other, but share one trait in common - a lack of professional and personal prospects. This is a diary, an observation of day-to-day life for these youngsters, showing some of the characters as they are within, without concern for outlining social contours.
