Film-essay that portraits the life and work of Brazilian singer Ney Matogrosso through a series of images and sounds gathered by the artist, in counterpoint to recent footage. In a presentation about his musical course, the feature evokes his history on and off stage. Without nostalgia or reverence, it reveals the man behind the character, investigating the motivations of his art, the critical thinking and the libertarian political character that pervade his repertoire.
