One of the great names of 20th century Brazilian art, Mário Lago was an author, playwright, songwriter and actor. With his lyrics and opinions, he contributed to change generations without giving up his personality and charisma. The film gathers rare archive footage, music and curiosities about a complete artist, his stories and the “elapse of time”. Featuring Beth Mendes, Gracyndo Jr., Lima Duarte, Nelson Sargento, Tony Ramos, Maria Beltrão, amongst others, as well as Lago’s poems set to music by Lenine and Arnaldo Antunes.
