Sobre o filme
A blend of comedy and police film, the plot revolves around Harry Lockhart (Robert Downey Jr), a second-rate thief who pretends to be an actor and is taken to Los Angeles to take part in an unusual test for casting. His plans, however, go awry, and he finds himself involved in a murder investigation together with the most popular girl from his college days (Michelle Monaghan) and a detective (Val Kilmer) who is also his coach for the role.
