A sun-drenched Renaissance palace. Three women exist in an ethereal state of suspension, a liminal bubble free of responsibilities, where summer never ends. An enigmatic system fulfills all their needs — providing food, entertainment, and a daily routine focused on wellness affirmations. There is only one rule: they are forbidden to cross the surrounding wall. Soon, cracks begin to appearin this idyllic picture: the use of a “touch language” — since some things cannot be said out loud —, the secret practice of how to die, which is supposedly their ticket to “another place”. Long-repressed anger and a desperate need to escape rise to the surface. Will the girls, raised in a state of perpetual immaturity, manage to break free from the boundaries imposed by the system?
