The film discusses the role of the Judiciary and the media in the country’s political situation. Who do they submit to? To the Federal Constitution and the interests of the people or their allies? The work completes Silvio Tendler’s trilogy, which includes the titles “Privatizações, a Distopia do Capital” (2014) and “Dedo na Ferida” (2017). Here, there is an analysis of the system that finances and instrumentalizes a power project that deconstructs the achievements of liberal democracy, attacks social and labor rights, worsens socioeconomic inequalities and pushes society towards a veiled state of exception.
