The story is set in the winter of 2004 in a city in Ural. A high school student is beaten on the street and dies. His parents are going through the tragedy in different ways. The boy’s mother finds his diary. Only after the death of her son does she begin to understand how he lived. The father seeks revenge and is looking for the murderers.
