At age 27, Nour illegally immigrates from Morocco to Marseille, France. With his friends, he makes a living as a small-time dealer, leading an unconventional, festive life. Everything changes when he meets Serge, a charismatic and unpredictable police officer, and his wife, Noémie. The film follows Nour over the course of ten years, from 1990 to 2000, during which he experiences love, matures, and clings to his dreams.
