To escape the domestic violence she endured, Estelle leaves Rome with her children and travels to her mother’s house, a day before a big family reunion, with all her sisters and her half-brother coming from the four corners of the world. The arrival of Marc, absent since childhood when moved to the United States with their father following a tragic event, rekindles old grudges. Amid conflicts and revelations, the family confronts its past.
