The work and life of the important Brazilian filmmaker, Geraldo Sarno (1938-2022), from Bahia, are revealed during the filming of the series “Sertão de Dentro” and the feature film “Sertânia”. With a disruptive approach, the documentary goes beyond the boundaries of the biographical, highlighting the creative strength of cinema itself, making the creative process one of the film’s protagonists.
