In a nursing home for patients with severe disturbances, we follow two nurses: Yoko, who finds out she is pregnant, and Sato, who begins to feel very uncomfortable with the disrespectful way his co-workers treat the patients. This tense atmosphere results in an incident, which causes the death of several residents.
