Marcelo is a philosophy professor at the Public University of Buenos Aires. When the head of the department suddenly dies, Marcelo hopes to get promoted —after all, he dedicated years of his life to teaching in the institution. But his plans might be ruined by Rafael, a professor with a wide experience in Europe, who came back to Argentina to claim the job position. Marcelo tries to prove he deserves the promotion and begins a philosophical duel, while his life and the country enter a spiral of chaos.
