An elderly couple, childless and in poor health, lives in a small village. One day, a baby is left on their doorstep. The couple considers handing the baby over to the authorities, but they heard that young children are being sold for organs. Afraid that the baby gets caught in this traffic, they decide to raise the child —and their lives change in a completely different direction.
