During the 1960s, a London photographer believes he has inadvertently photographed evidence of a murder in a park when he blows up his prints. He begins to pursue the intriguing mystery that haunts him, with answers and the truth just out of reach, only to have the evidence mysteriously disappear.

Winner of the Golden Palm at the 1967 Cannes Film Festival.
