Anong returned home to Laos, accompanied by Tsai Ming-liang. Herds wandered, the wind stirred the trees, and lights flickered beneath the water. In this no man’s land, the abandoned houses stood silent — yet each seemed to bear a different face, quietly telling its own story. A camcorder. A camera. And a film was made.
