Taiwanese filmmaker, he holds a Master’s degree in Filmmaking from the Taipei National University of the Arts. He was a mentee at the 2016 Golden Horse Film Academy, and, in 2022, he was selected for Berlinale Talents. He made, among others, the short films “A Dream of Spring” (2017) and “Neko and Flies” (2020), both presented in the International Competition at the Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival, and the television film “The Defender” (2018). “Before the Bright Day” is his first feature film.
