Born in Argentina in 1997. Sofía studied at the University of Cinema of Buenos Aires and at the Elías Querejeta Zine Eskola, in San Sebastián. She directed, among others, the short films “Passing Place” (2021) and “Alone Sleeps the Water, Frozen She Awakes” (2021). “Olivia”, her first feature, was shot in the southernmost Argentina, with a crew of six, and over forty non-actors.
