Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1975. Lima graduated in journalism. Since “Cleópatra” (2007), he has edited Júlio Bressane’s films. He also works as editor in films of directors like Helena Ignez, Ruy Guerra, Affonso Uchôa and Bruno Safadi. His first feature film, “The Mirror” (2015), was presented at the 39th Mostra. He also made “Calypso” (2019), “Nietzsche Sils Maria Rochedo de Surlej” (2019) and “The Long Voyage of the Yellow Bus” (2023, 47th Mostra), the latter in collaboration with Júlio Bressane.
