Priscilla is a director and artist with a career spanning film, television, and illustration. A Graphic Design graduate from Unesp, she has experience in design, animation, and illustration for film and the publishing market. Her creative contributions include illustrating children’s content for Editora Positivo and Folha de S.Paulo, as well as co-authoring the book “Mas Será que Nasceria a Macieira?”, in collaboration with director Alê Abreu. She worked with the filmmaker on the feature “Cosmic Boy” (2007, 31st Mostra), as an animation assistant, and on the award-winning “The Boy and the World” (2013, 37th Mostra), nominated for the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature, where she served as art coordinator and assistant director. She also directed the TV series “Vivi Viravento” (2017). “Papaya” marks
her feature directorial debut.
