Born in 1990, Hudon first trained as a social anthropologist before swapping ethnography for the world of low budget music videos in London. There, he honed his highly distinctive style, making work defined by innovative storytelling forms and a playful sense of dark humour. His short form works won awards including an Emmy, Cannes Lions Grand Prix, and the short film audience award at Rotterdam. “Straight Circle” is his first feature film.
