Tabosa is a director, screenwriter, and cultural producer from Pernambuco, Brazil. He holds degrees in History and Social Communication, as well as a Master’s in Communication from the Catholic University of Pernambuco (Unicap). In 2014, he founded the production company Pontilhado Cinematográfico and currently serves as Cultural Manager at Unicap. He is the creator and artistic director of Cine Jardim – Latin American Film Festival of Belo Jardim, in Pernambuco, and of the Mostra Curta Vazantes: Cinema em Comunidade, in Ceará. He has made eight short films that have been screened at various film festivals. “Gravity” is his first feature film as a director.
