A national and international award-winning Sri Lankan director as well as script writer in movies and TV mini-series. He has been practicing his craft in Sri Lanka for 26 years. With a wealth of experience under his belt, he has acquired an all-around knowledge of the different styles of media that are in use today and is able to utilize his directing talents to the needs of these different mediums. He worked as an assistant director on films and teledramas for ten years. He directed the feature film “The Other Half” (2019). “Riverstone” is his second feature.
