Lin has an extensive career as a cinematographer in over 20 features, including the films “Equity” (2009, 33th Mostra), “Arcadia” (2012, 36th Mostra), “The Exploding Girl” (2009, 33rd Mostra), “Hearts Beat Loud” (2018), “The Sound of Silence” (2019) and “I’ll Be Your Mirror” (2022). He directed short films such as “Fortune” (2002), “Music Palace” (2005), and “Purple and Gold” (2012). “Rosemead” marks his debut as a feature film director.
