Born in Azerbaijan in 1989, Adigozel is a director, screenwriter, and editor. While working at a local television channel, he saved money to shoot his first short film. He later co-directed “Chamaleon” (2013), which premiered at the Locarno Film Festival, and “Reporting from Darkness” (2018), selected for the FIDMarseille. He also directed “Shooting Ms Rena’s Film!” (2019), screened at the Busan International Film Festival, and “Bilesuvar” (2020).
