
French-Burkinabé writer and director, Chloé Aïcha Boro studied modern literature and then began her career as a journalist in print, radio, and television. Her first novel, “Paroles d’Orpheline”, was published by L’Harmattan. She has directed, among others, the awarded documentary films “Balole, The Golden Wolf” (2019), screened at IDFA, and “Al Djanat, The Original Paradise” (2023), presented at Visions du Réel, Hot Docs and also in IDFA. “Unvirtuous” is her first feature- length fiction film.
