
An independent filmmaker based in Dayton, Ohio. She received her MFA in Documentary Media from Northwestern University and her BFA in Motion Pictures from Wright State University. Working in the narrative and non-fiction artform, her work seeks to depict the complexity of everyday life by examining themes such as personal histories, alienation and cultural modernization. She has worked as a cinematographer on films such as “American Factory” (2019), directed by Julia Reichert and Steve Bognar, and “The Debutantes” (2024), directed by Contessa Gayles. She also directed the short film “Painted Lady” (2013). “Seeds” is her first feature film.
