Born in Hizan, Turkey, in 1984. He studied Philosophy at the Middle East Technical University, between 2002 and 2004, and at the Istanbul University, between 2004 and 2010, and also completed a photography training at İFSAK in 2012. He worked as a guidance counselor and school principal in various schools and remains active in the education field. “The Road to Gayda” is his first feature film.
