
Brazilian filmmaker, he holds a Master’s degree in Design from PUC-Rio and he is also a musician with a bachelor’s degree in Piano from UNIRIO, and has released work with Warner and the French label Buda Musique. He is a member of the Brazilian Academy of Cinema, ABC, and ABRACI, and serves as curator of the new Museum of Image and Sound in Rio de Janeiro and of the Rio Innovation Week. He directed the awarded short films “No Tempo de Miltinho” (2008) and “No Balanço de Kelly” (2010). His first feature film, “Rubem Braga: Look to the Sky” (2013), was screened at the 37th Mostra. “Ary” is his second feature as a director.
