A firearm has one power: to fire a bullet that can kill a human being. Brazil is the country with the most deaths from firearms in the world. With this power in hand and these bodies in the account, the documentary points a camera at an ordinary citizen and follows him in the process of acquiring weapons in a country in a trance, undoing the Disarmament Law.
