Strange Spirit: One Country OccupationDocumentary that shows the extraordinary resistance of men and women from Tibet. A Nation deeply dominated by feelings of non-violence and compassion, they maintained their intent of peacefulness even in face of the military invasion by one of the largest armies in the world, that of Communist China.

The fact occurred in the fifties and is described by people such as Ani Pachen who, at the age of 25 led a movement of 700 persons against the invader group. Captured later, she was imprisoned and tortured for 21 years.

Ronnie Novick e Rebecca McClen Novick

Ronnie Novick and Rebecca McClen Novick are married and work together as documentarists. Rebecca co-edited two interviews regarded as anthological: Mavericks of the Mind and Voices From the Edge. In 1993, he co-produced the documentary Voices of Vision that shows the life of Nazi refugees. Ronny is also a musician and plastic artist.
